A HomeSpecs report will identify material defects in the systems, structures, and components of the building as they exist at the time of inspection. The specific systems, structures and components of a building to be examined are listed in the CREIA Standards of Practice.

We encourage the buyer to be present at the inspection so that any observations can be identified in person. This also enables the buyer to become more familiar with the property and its systems.
